the sum of $28,190.68, plus interest, costs and disbursements, unanimously affirmed, with costs. The IAS court, in granting plaintiff summary judgment and dismissing the counterclaims in the underlying action for goods
sold and delivered and for an account stated, properly determined that the defendant had failed to submit sufficient documentary
evidence, raising genuine triable issues of fact, in support of its defenses and counterclaims, so as to preclude summary
judgment in plaintiff's favor (see, Zuckerman v. City of New York, 49 N.Y.2d 557, 562, 427 N.Y.S.2d 595, 404 N.E.2d 718).
