Sunwest brought this action in Bernalillo County as conservator of the estate of Nicole Landers and as personal representative of the estate of the deceased, Caroline Landers. Upon Dr. Nelson's motion, the district court dismissed the complaint without prejudice for improper venue. We reverse and remand for further proceedings in Bernalillo County. I.
